Meet the Owner

Mark Bennett owns and runs Oklahoma Crawl Space Repair from our shop at 7220 S Western Ave in south Oklahoma City. The company focuses on the two problems that show up under Oklahoma homes again and again: moisture, from humid summer air, storm runoff and bare soil, and structure, from expansive clay moving the piers and beams of pier and beam houses.

The business is owner-operated on purpose. Mark oversees every project, whether it is a few miles from the shop or a planned trip to the Panhandle or southeast Oklahoma, so the person who quotes your job is accountable for how it turns out. The approach is simple: find the real cause, explain it plainly, put the price in writing, and do work you can crawl in and inspect yourself before you pay.
